The NMUK Apprenticeship Schemes typically range from 2 years to 5 years. They include both on- and off-the-job training, combining theoretical and practical skills to prepare you for your role and future career with us.

Each scheme has its own entry criteria, aligned to the skills required for the challenges of that particular scheme.

All of our NMUK apprenticeship schemes offer full-time, paid employment, with some schemes also offering overtime and shift allowances. We believe in rewarding hard work and, depending on your performance, you could be awarded a salary increase after every 6-month appraisal.

You will be entitled to 26 days’ holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays.  Your uniform is also provided as part of your employment set-up.
