As part of our HR department, you will gain experience across a wide range of HR functions, such as:

After a brief introduction to department activities and projects, you will be given real responsibility for your own assignments, with a mix of shop floor and office-based experience and the opportunity to be involved in European and global ventures. You will be fully supported during your programme with the required training and mentorship to allow you to explore your field and apply your talent and growing skills with confidence.

As a Placement Student at Nissan, Sunderland, you will be directly involved in live projects and could have responsibility assisting in the recruitment of Placements and Graduates.

The section is fast-paced but you will have support from day one from a mentor. This role will allow you to put into practice what you have learnt so far at university and to build on this by being part of a very experienced team.
