£12,236 per annum (£235 per week)
Increments of approx £1,300 every six months (based on performance)
To £20,189 per annum (£388 per week)

The Scheme:
The Manufacturing Staff Enhanced Apprenticeship it is a 24-month scheme that provides thorough training for nationally-recognised qualifications. It is developed in conjunction with NAC and a local college and combines practical and theoretical skills. You will gain a valuable insight into all aspects of automotive and manufacturing maintenance. You'll gain the skills and knowledge required to work as a member of a team working on the production line producing high quality vehicles. During your Manufacturing Staff Enhanced Apprenticeship you will combine off-the-job training at a local college and on-the-job training in our Sunderland plant, you'll have the chance to work with the most up-to-date manufacturing equipment in the industry.
What you'll achieve at the end of it:
Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering (Level 2)
NVQ in Performing Manufacturing Operations (Level 2)
Functional Skills
Nissan in-house training courses

You'll need:
GCSE English Language (Grade A-D or 3+)
GCSE Maths Grade (A-D or 3+)
OR Functional Skills Level 1
You'll also need to be willing to learn and happy working as part of a team, flexible and a good time keeper
You must be aged 16 at the start of your apprenticeship on 1 September 2019
