The Trainee Manufacturing Staff Logistics Apprenticeship it is a 3-year enhanced programme that provides thorough on- and off-the-job training for nationally recognised qualifications. Developed in conjunction with NAC and a local college, it combines practical and theoretical skills and will give you a valuable insight into all aspects of vehicle logistics and vehicle flows to various export and domestic markets.  During your Trainee Manufacturing Staff Logistics Apprenticeship you will also develop the skills and knowledge required to work as a member of a team processing vehicles through all operational areas using Nissan’s computer systems.

What you'll achieve at the end of it:

Certificate in preparing for working in the engineering manufacturing sector (level 2)

Certificate in logistics operations (level 2)

Certificate in logistics operations (level 3)

Functional Skills

Nissan in-house training courses

Who can apply for the Trainee Manufacturing Staff Logistics Apprenticeship?

You'll need at least 4 GCSEs:

Maths (Grade A or B)

English Language (Grade C or above)

Science-based subject (Grade C or above)

One other subject (Grade C or above)

You'll also need to be willing to learn and happy working as part of a team. Flexible and a good time keeper, you must be aged over 18 and below 24 at the start of the apprenticeship.  You will also need a full valid driving licence for this scheme.
