The Special Skills (Manufacturing) Apprenticeship is a 2 to 3 year scheme that is delivered across a choice of 3 areas; Vehicle Repair, Paint Spraying or Panel Repair. Developed in conjunction with NAC Group and a local college, the scheme combines theoretical and practical skills and will give you a valuable insight into all aspects of automotive manufacturing. Your time will be split between off-the-job training at a local college and on-the-job training at our Sunderland plant, where you'll have the chance to work with the most up-to-date manufacturing equipment in the industry.
