Daniel developed a brand new white light scanner measuring system that reduced cycle time from eight to two hours. It was up to him to drive the project forward – from identifying a gap in our capabilities, researching and identifying a solution, going through the procurement process and eventually implementing the new technology.
Working collaboratively with teams throughout the Nissan entity and across the global supply network, our QA team is the driving force behind our exceptional quality standards for Nissan products and manufacturing procedures.
Our Process Planning Engineers sit at the centre of all we do, taking the vision of the design team and turning it into a reality for production, and delivering the tools we need to enable the manufacturing process of our world-leading car models.
From design to build, installation to commissioning, our Facilities Engineers develop solutions to keep our production lines running smoothly, working closely with other departments to reach the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and quality.
Acting as a conduit between vehicle design and the reality of final production, our Vehicle Engineers work to make our vehicle assembly processes some of the best in the world and ensure our cars reach customers with optimum quality and efficiency.
