All of this is made possible by our workforce of around 6,000 people, with support from additional contractors and suppliers.

As a graduate you will receive a mentor from day one, 6-monthly appraisals to support your development and formalised training at Nissan or in the Lake District. We develop your leadership, teamwork, assertiveness, presentation, financial and problem-solving skills to enable you to become a leader of the future.

We have a cross-functional and international environment where everyone pulls together in strong teams to deliver results. It’s a way of doing things that’s designed to bring out the best in every employee.
