Admin Officer (Production Control) Job Description

We are looking for Admin Officers to support our Production Control team, supporting our supply chain management operations, carrying out the following role;

Job Description summary

•Operational Control of a number of local & global suppliers

•Communication with external suppliers

•Support improvement activities within the supply base

•Manage supply chain systems

•Manage daily supply issues & inventory control

•Project management & cost reduction initiatives support

•Support the project management of new parts development for new model nominated suppliers

Experience and Qualifications needed;

•Preferably experience / knowledge of a Production Control environment

•Must be fully computer literate as all systems are PC based

•Excellent written & verbal skills

•Good organisation & planning skills

•Communications & negotiation skills
