Finance Administrative Officer Job Description

Mission and Main Objectives:

The successful candidate will support quality and timely reporting, in a highly complex and technically demanding business area.

Outline and Responsibilities:

Due to an internal promotion, a vacancy has arisen within the NMUK Finance Product Costing team. The team is essential to monitoring and controlling the costs of NMUK produced vehicles. Responsibilities will include:

•Act as finance model expert for one or more car series
•Support preparation of forecasts and business plans
•Manage and maintain finance systems and databases
•Work cross-functionally to deliver reporting and variance analysis
•Support the development of new reporting and processes in SAP

Experience and Qualifications Required:

•Part or fully qualified accountant required
•Experience of cost accounting desirable
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Access is desirable
•Comfortable working with large volumes of data
•Team work and flexibility essential to hit tight deadlines
•Candidate must be proactive and keen to learn
•SAP system experience desirable
