HR Admin Officer Job Description


•To provide on site support for employees to ensure they have easy access to Employee Services and Digital Platforms
•To provide Tier 1 support for all Generalist/Payroll and Pensions enquiries and reassign queries as appropriate
•Manage UK Based Help Line Signposting to Employee Digital Platforms and HR Services from Induction to Retirement
•Facilitate Induction Sessions
•Quality check GPS service delivery, record, analyse and report on performance
•Recommend and support areas for improvement, particularly system enhancement that improve self sufficiency
•Design and deliver a strategy for improving digital platform usage across the plant, e.g. Digital data improvements, email addresses in Workday campaigns, Supervisor Workshops, On-line Workshops for Directs
•Co-ordinate NMUK Admin Tasks and Projects as appropriate

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

•Call Centre or other Customer Service Experience
•Analytical and Presentation Skills
•Workday or similar HR Systems Knowledge
•Payroll and Pensions experience
•Data Processing experience
