The overall purpose of the role is to co-ordinate NMGB quarterly marketing programmes (retail, motability, employee channel, and loyalty) drawing on the input from fleet Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for additional channels (core & leasing, internal), and Nissan Finance/RCI. Manage key cross carline support activities to ensure uniformity and alignment of practices.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities (continued in full job description)
  • Maintain cross carline competitive monitoring from product marketing teams [dashboards etc.]
  • Manage local campaign development and approval workflow
  • Consolidate key planning inputs [cost of finance from RCI, Residual Values from Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Personal Contract Plan (PCP), maturities etc.]
  • Co-ordinate product and subject matter expert (SME) inputs [Personal Contract Plan (PCP)/Hire Purchase (HP)/Cash/Motability/ Contract Hire (CH) etc.]
  • Manage dealer Marketing working group and communications of programs to the dealer network
  • Overall responsibility for planning and consumer offer strategy to maximize performance and avoiding internal cannibalization
  • Manage priorities and activity of Club Nissan through Sales Operations and Field teams Develop a quarterly employee offers with Category teams
  • Manage website and marketing asset development
  • Ongoing renewal performance planning and monitoring
  • Development of retail loyalty consumer offers with RCI and CMM teams
  • Create national quarterly campaigns in e-Master.
  • Quarterly development of the Kai Ku program and management of appeals
