Summary

The overall purpose of the Purchasing Admin Assistant is to support Purchasing team with efficient order management and achieving cost reduction objectives for MRO commodity.

Outline and Responsibilities
  • Managing ordering for MRO commodity for Non-Catalogue requests, including liaising with Budget Holders to ensure compliance
  • Full support of Maintenance stores ordering, including working with Budget holders on optimizing the process as well as ensuring timely stock replenishment
  • Support of Consumable stores ordering, including timely stock replenishment, management of possible run outs, working with budget holders on sourcing alternatives in case of shortages
