Special Skills (Manufacturing) Apprentice - Paint Sprayer/Panel Repair

This course will see you take on the role of either a Paint Sprayer in the Paint Shop or on the Final Line learning the key paint principles you’ll need to become a competent painter working to the highest quality standards, or in Panel Repair reacting to quality concerns across the plant to maintain vehicle quality and repair standards.

Through a combination of on-the-job training in the plant and day release at college (one day per week), you’ll gain the specialist skills you need to work with state-of-the- art equipment across the plant and become an important member of our team.​​

PAINT SPRAYER

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Entry requirements – 2 GCSE grades or equivalent (achieved or predicted)
• Mathematics (Grade A-C or 4+)
• English Language (Grade A-C or 4+) OR
• Level 2 Functional Skills

Potential qualifications*

• Level 2 Apprenticeship in Vehicle Repair Paint Principles

 

PANEL REPAIR

Salary of £13,236 increased every six months (based on performance) to a maximum of £23,432
