Talent Acquisition Controller Job Description

The NTCE HR Talent Acquisition Controller role is responsible for Talent Acquisition processes and actions delivery at site level across all functions. The role will also provide daily support to Cranfield HR Business Partners.

This position will be based in Cranfield, Nissan Technical Centre Europe.

Responsibilities

Deliver NTCE Talent Acquisition
Deploy regional AMIEO TA strategy in line with NTCE business needs
Talent acquisition which involves identifying and acquiring skilled workers to meet our organizational needs. Identify, acquire, assess, and hire candidates to fill open positions within the Company (including screening candidates and carrying out interviews for internal/external recruitment, preparing offers and all related paperwork, carrying out inductions for new employees, etc.)
Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
Support STEM activities across all functions on site
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Support Recruitment for IPs, Apprentices and Graduates for NTCE in line with the annual requirements set by each business function
Support Validation centres for Graduates at NTCE, work closely across UK to align on the processes as much as the business specificities allow
Support the rollout of the regional Graduates program
Support to develop programs to define, develop and retain critical talent
Support exit and stay interviews, where needed, and provide analysis of the obtained data to the HR BP’s
Manage Talent Acquisition budget, including MSP invoicing
Process all related ProRex costs and manual payments related to Talent Acquisition
Regularly report Talent Acquisition status to the team and business areas
Coordinate day to day management of and be the key contact for the ES (Contractors) provider, including but not limited to raising ProRex POs
Support the deployment of and share with HRBP all TA Policies and Processes from Regional COE
Carry out salary benchmarking activities within industry, work closely with NMUK MIIRG group and update Business Partners
When needed, update all TA related documentation in line with competency framework and New Nissan Way and drive deployment by working closely with the Business Partners and the Business
Support NDE and CEC on all of the above
Any other reasonable requests in line with business requirements
Experience Required

Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles required
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Generalist HR experience desirable
Supplier management experience desirable
