RELOCATION PACKAGE

We know that relocating can be unsettling and expensive so we want to make this process as easy as possible for you and your family. We offer financial and advisory support to assist your move. Our support is available to all employees who are outside of the commutable range.

FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS

Here at Nissan Cranfield we ensure that our employees have the right balance between work and personal life. We have a flexible working policy in place which can provide support to all employees who request this. If you have over 26 weeks of continuous service you can apply for flexible working.

ANNUAL LEAVE

You will be entitled to 26 days’ annual leave which will rise by 1 day for each additional five years’ service.

ON-SITE GYM, SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB

You will get full use of our on-site gym facilities for only £3 per month for an individual membership. You can also get memberships for your whole family.

You will have access to our sports and social club with all activities being organised by committee members. You will be able to join sport activities and will have priority over discounted tickets for events held in the local area. An individual membership is £1 per month and family memberships are also available.
