Studying isn’t for everyone, whether it is full time at college or for a degree. If you want to kick start your career path on a different route than studying, then you can achieve professional qualifications and a progressive career with us here at NMUK in our Nissan apprenticeships programme.
We can offer you exceptional challenges and opportunities, along with the scope to develop your career and contribute to the success of our company. Working in a close-knit team, you’ll be in regular contact with people from all functions and at all levels, whichever area of Nissan apprenticeships you join.
We believe in making a strong commitment to your development and training to help you achieve your full potential within the heart of our business. Thanks to this approach many of our previous Nissan apprenticeships recruits have been able to quickly progress their career and now hold prominent positions with our organisation.
Please note: NMUK have a zero tolerance approach to the misuse of drugs and alcohol in the workplace. We carry out pre-employment testing for the use of drugs and alcohol during the recruitment process. Should you fail the drugs and alcohol test, your application will not be progressed, any offer will be withdrawn and you will not be employed by NMUK.
Nissan is a registered sponsor under Tier 2 of the Points Based System (PBS) However, Nissan is only able to consider offering sponsorship to applicants that meet the UKVI's requirements under Tier 2 of PBS. Career Support & Development
As an apprentice at NMUK you will constantly be supported. You will receive on-the-job development opportunities as well as formal training both on-site and at a local college as part of your Nissan apprenticeships scheme. This training will equip you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in your apprenticeship and your long-term career.
You will receive an appraisal every 6 months, with the opportunity to discuss your performance and any areas for development. At every appraisal stage you will be awarded a salary increase so long as your performance is on track, meaning you are incentivised to be the best you can be while also helping you focus on areas for improvement.
