Our Technical & Business Apprenticeships offer you the chance to launch your career with an exciting and challenging role at Nissan. There are options for work both on and off the Production Line, with office-based schemes available too. We offer technical/business apprenticeships in the areas of: Maintenance Technician, Production Quality Support Apprentice, Business Apprentice and Engineering Degree. No matter which scheme you choose, you’ll receive plenty of support and guidance to help you succeed.

It’s not all work and no play – you’ll have opportunities to make friends, get involved in community projects, attend team-building sessions and social events too.
Our apprenticeship schemes typically range from two to five years. They include both on and off-the-job training, combining theoretical and practical skills to prepare you for your role and future career with us.
Each scheme has its own entry criteria, aligned to the skills required for the challenges of that particular scheme so it’s important you pick one that aligns with your passions and goals.
All of our apprenticeship schemes offer full-time, paid employment, with some schemes also offering overtime and shift allowances. We believe in rewarding hard work and, depending on your performance, you could be awarded a salary increase after every six-month appraisal. You’ll also get 26 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) and a uniform provided.
