Application Stages
  • Online Application

First you will need to submit an online application via our website.  Please submit a CV that displays your career history, starting with your most recent employment. If you can also provide any educational qualifications and additional courses, then please do so as this will be of benefit to your application. However, try not to worry if you haven’t got this to include.  The most important thing is that your CV is clear and contains the key information that you want to get across in support of your application.

Please note – You must be in a position to prove your right to live and work in the UK. You will be asked to bring evidence of this if invited to Final interview.

  • Pre-Recorded Video questions

Once we’ve reviewed your application, you will be invited to answer a few questions through our cloud based video interviewing partners, Shine. Please click here for more information on how this works.

Don’t be alarmed by this, it is a very quick and easy process which helps us make the right decision, saving both ourselves and you time. You will be required to answer 2-3 questions set by the hiring manager. First question will be a practice, so you will have plenty of time to prepare before you answer the real questions.

Make sure you are in a quiet room with plenty of lighting and appropriate interview attire.

  • Timescale

Due to our extensive recruitment process and the high volume of candidates we receive we do ask for your patience. We will be in contact throughout the process to keep you updated on your progress. So, don’t worry, you will always hear from us as to how you are doing.

Interview Stages

This will include working on a range of different activities to test your manual dexterity and your ability to follow instructions. We will notify you by email to book your date and time for this test to take place. We want to see candidates that can understand instructions whilst maintaining quality at all times.

An important part of the line trial is to demonstrate your ability to work as part of a team and your enthusiasm for the role. The line trial will last approx. 3 hours.
