The Maintenance recruitment process consists of three key stages; an online application, a skills assessment and an interview.
We believe in recruiting the best people quickly and efficiently so the timescales and processes for recruitment are relatively short.

The automotive industry is a fast-paced environment so you will need to be able to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Here at Nissan we believe an analytical approach is the key to resolving issues quickly. You will need to have this skill to make sure solutions are implemented quickly to stop repetitive problems.
First you will need to submit your CV and covering letter via an online application.
Please note – You must be in a position to prove your right to live and work in the UK. You will be asked to bring evidence of this if invited to final interview.
Our recruitment team will then review the characteristics and experience you have outlined in your CV and covering letter to compare your against the required criteria for that role.
If you are successful at this stage then we will invite you to attend a practical skills test.

The best advice that we can give for a good application vacancies is to prepare wherever you can and do your research. Once you have applied, keep an eye on your emails, texts and your phone calls, even from a withheld number – this could be us calling! It is a good idea to have a voicemail set up in case you do miss any calls we can leave a message and make sure you check your voicemails regularly. We don’t mind if you want to call our team for an update on your progress but, if you don’t hear from us straight away after a particular stage try not to worry, as we will be in touch as soon as possible.
