Over two years, this challenging programme will provide you with the breadth and depth of knowledge you need to thrive within one of the world’s leading automotive brands. At least two department rotations will allow you to be immersed in a range of different functions, giving you a truly cross-functional understanding of the company and building the vision you need to be an effective manager.

Joining our Graduate Scheme allows you to gain experience and insight into Nissan’s Sales and Marketing in the UK. From the start of your time here you will be given real responsibilities, focusing on the enhancement of business process automation and digitalisation and the ability to influence key decision-making processes. Over the course of two years, we will provide you with the breadth and depth of knowledge needed to succeed in a cutting-edge, global business environment like ours. You will benefit from two 1-year rotations, helping you to gain insight into our Sales and Marketing functions including Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, and Customer Quality/Network Development.  You will have the right training, support, and exposure to build the tools and techniques to have a great career with us. At the same time, we expect hard work, a great attitude, and a drive to succeed.
