In TCS, we represent the Voice of the Customer. This means that we gather information from our Customers and translate what they are saying into an Engineering Quality strategy for the business. We then work cross-functionally to ensure that our Customers experience Top Nissan Quality in all aspects of their Nissan product and experience.
Day-to-day tasks in TCS are varied; you could be identifying concerns and fixing parts, analysing survey data, using influence with our dealerships to enhance the Customer Experience, or ensuring that our products are designed in the best way possible to meet our Customer needs.
Working towards or with a 2:1 degree in Engineering
We’re not just looking for your average graduate – we’re looking for an Outstanding Engineer with great people skills. We know you’re good at the academic stuff, so we’re more focused on finding people who will fit with our teams, challenge us and live the New Nissan Way mindsets in everything they do.
